Playoffs / Future Stars / TOC Information

What are the Playoffs / Future Stars /  All Stars /TOC?

  • Competitions only occur during the Spring Baseball Season
  • Competitive divisions: AA, AAA, Majors, Junior, 50/70, Seniors
  • TVLL Playoffs and D28 TOC are part of the normal Spring Season
  • Future Stars and All Stars are separate  and may require additional registration

TVLL Playoffs:

  • Players will compete with their current teams in ongoing games to vie for the top spot in their division
  • NO additional registration $ required
  • 2024 Season using Double Elimination Format

District 28 Tournament of Champions (TOC)

  • If your team won the the TVLL Playoffs - CONGRATULATIONS! - You are now off to the D28 TOC!
  • Your team will be playing against  playoff winners from other Little Leagues  within District 28
  • NO  additional registration $ required
  • District 28 TOC 2024 Tournament Standings

The Future Stars Invitational / Previously known as AA Classic

  • Separate from the normal spring season
  • This is a Special Tournament hosted by Temescal Valley Little League
  • Top players from all teams in AA are evaluated and placed on the Future Stars Team
  • This Future Stars Team will compete against all the other top players with in District 28
  • Additional Registration of *$100 is required (Cash/Check Only)

District 28  - All Stars

  • Separate from the Normal Spring Season
  • Top Players from all teams are evaluated  and placed on All star teams based on their age group
  • League Age Groups:
    • Intermediate (50/70) All-Star Team (11–13-year-olds)
    • 12-year-old All-Star Team (10–12-year-olds)
    • 11-year-old All-Star Team (9–11-year-olds)
    • 10-year-old All-Star Team (8–10-year-olds)
    • 8u and 9u All-Star Teams when tournaments are available.
  • These All Stars Teams will compete against all the other top players from other Leagues within District 28
  • Additional Registration of *$100 is required (Cash/Check Only)

* Please be aware - Registration amount may change from year to year.

The TVLL Board of Directors will determine the number and composition of tournament teams from the listed Teams. Formation and participation in tournaments will depend on player confirmation and competitive readiness.

Who is eligible?

  • Any player who has participated in at least 60% of regular season games, is not under a residential waiver
  • Is aged between 7-13
  • Currently playing in AA or above is eligible for postseason Future Stars/ All-Stars tournaments.

For the Spring 2024 season:

  • The 8-10, 9-11, and 10-12 (Little League) divisions are scheduled to commence on Thursday, June 15*.
  •  Note: These dates are still tentative and subject to confirmation directly from District 28
  • Future Stars - TBD

 

Player Availability:

  • If you choose to register for an All-Star or Future Star team, please ensure your availability between approximately June 1st - July 15*.  You must commit to being available for the team 100% of the time. If you cannot commit fully, please refrain from registering.
  • Please visit District 28 for up to date details

Forms and Documentation

  • PROOF OF AGE: ORIGINAL CERTIFIED COPY of your Birth Certificate; NOTE – California Birth Certificates CANNOT be abstracts

  • PROOF OF RESIDENCY: The easiest proof is to use the School Enrollment Form from a school within Temescal Valley Baseball boundaries. The other option is to use Little Leagues Residency Checklist.  Little League official Residency Requirements.

  • MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: – It is a requirement to submit this information to Temescal Valley Little League ASAP. Please do not wait until the last minute or your child may not be able to play.

  • PREVIOUS YEAR ALL-STARS PLAYERS: Players are able to use the previous year FULLY INTACT (no removed papers) players packet with all the previously provided information.

  • PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT: Holding Parents, Families, and Fans Accountable for their behavior
