Team Parents are essential volunteers who bridge the gap between the league and the players' families, allowing the manager to focus on coaching and team development. Your support is key in helping our coaches, players, and ensuring smooth communication with other parents.
Responsibilities may include:
- Communication: Keeping parents informed about league and team activities, and encouraging family involvement.
- Organization: Creating team rosters, organizing post-game snacks, and planning end-of-season parties.
- Events: Organizing teams for picture day and end-of-season celebrations.
- Volunteering: Helping at the snack bar, assisting with field setup, and scorekeeping, etc.
- Fundraising: Coordinating donations for team banners, managing fundraising efforts, and distributing uniforms.
- Other: Assisting in the dugout and judging team banner contests.
