REQUIRED ATTENDEES: League Presidents and their Executive Boards,
All-Star Managers and Coaches, Scorekeepers, Pitch Counters, and Umpires.
District 28 is required to faci litate its hosted All-Star Tournaments with respect
to every & all the Rules and Procedures of Lit tle League Baseball.
Attending this Informative presentation will ensure your Team receives equal information
that all the t eams in D28 will need to know before reaching the ballfield.
